This day is dedicated to honoring her invaluable impact and fostering unity through engaging activities and entertainment.

EMPOWERING YOUTH

The passion for hosting this event is rooted in 25 years of dedicated service through the High- Steppers Drill Team Inc. This incredible journey began on the humble tennis court of Mountain View Park and has since blossomed into a massive organization serving families and youth in our community. With a focus on empowering at-risk youth and supporting needy families.

DEDICATED SERVICE

In addition to celebrating this momentous occasion, we aim to provide immediate resources to support and enrich our community. Furthermore, we will take the opportunity to acknowledge and commend our esteemed city officials for their outstanding services. Their dedication to the betterment of our city has inspired and empowered us all.
In recognition of their unwavering commitment, we wish to extend heartfelt gratitude to these officials, who have generously bestowed upon us the “Keys to the City of San Diego”. In return, we aim to symbolically present them with the “Keys to the Kingdom”, a gesture recognizing their noble contributions to our community's growth and prosperity.

Connecting Hearts and Helping Hands

Building a better future through compassion

Charolette co-established The High Steppers Drill Team, Inc., a non-profit organization. The High Steppers was formulated to keep at-risk youth focused and away from negative factors by providing nurturing activities. Charolette Patton-Logan has created innovative ways to redesign her own exclusive workshops, events, classes, and consultations with an approach to serve many members, and partners. She advocates for youth in the schools districts on Individual Education Plan (IEP) Boards. The unique design of her program is NOT JUST a drill team.
